Ingredients

• 1/4 c. ready-to-spread vanilla frosting
• 1 1/2 t. pink gel food color, divided
• 1/4 c. rainbow sprinkles
• 1 c. cake vodka, chilled
• 1 cup Baileys™ Irish Cream or Godiva™ White Chocolate Liqueur, chilled

Steps

1. Tint frosting with 1/2 t. gel food coloring. Spread on a small plate or bowl; dip the rims of 6 shot glasses in the frosting, then dip in the sprinkles. (It's easier to just keep the sprinkles in the plastic container that they came in.) Set aside.
2. In a large jar with a lid, mix together the remaining gel food coloring with the cake vodka. Add the Irish cream or White Chocolate Liqueur, shaking until completely mixed.
3. Pour into the prepared shot glasses. Serve immediately.
