Description
This wonderful Greek Salad can be ready in 10 minutes. It is seven layers full of Greek goodness.
Ingredients
- 6 c. chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 c. diced red onion
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 c. Kalamata olives, drained and cut in half
- 1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 T. red wine vinegar
- 1- 2 t. lemon juice
- 1/2 - 1 t. oregano
- 1/2- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. salt
Steps
- Wash lettuce and pat dry. Wash veggies and slice or dice as directed.
- Place romaine lettuce in a large bowl. Layer with red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Pour over salad; toss gently to combine.
