Have a special event that you want to make even more special? How about making some Galaxy Ice Cream? It's fun, has rich flavor and is simple to make. No churning involved.

Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 8 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 T. vanilla
• food coloring of choice (gel food coloring gives brighter colors)

Steps

1. In a large mixing bowl, using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat whipping cream on medium until soft peaks form. Once soft peaks form, add in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; mix until well combined.
2. Separate ice cream batter into individual bowls. Color with different food colorings, of choice.
3. Combine each color into a large container. Freeze for 4-6 hours before serving.
