Just in time for the holidays! With just 2 ingredients and a little time, you can make these easy peasy special treats, cheaper and better than store bought.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped in small pieces
- 1 c. Spanish peanuts, skins on (other nuts can be used as well)
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- For peanuts that are not already roasted:
- Spread out peanuts in an even layer on a dry baking sheet; toast 10-15 minutes, or until you begin to smell their aroma; cool. (This step step can be skipped if using already roasted peanuts.)
