Description
If you are needing a delicious dish to serve a crowd, or to bring for a potluck dinner, this would be the perfect one to make. It could also be made in 2 separate pans, one to serve now and one to freeze for later.
Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked, chopped chicken or 1 whole rotisserie chicken
- 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. chicken stock or broth
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted (or less, if desired)
- 1/4 t. cayenne pepper
- 1/8 - 1/4 c. dried parsley
- 1 T. minced garlic
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. ground pepper
- 1 t. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 - 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Italian breadcrumbs or crushed Ritz crackers
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish or two 9 x 9 inch dishes.
- Combine first 13 ingredients; spread into prepared dish; top with Cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs or crushed crackers.
- Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes, until bubbly.
