This is an easy and quick side dish to make when you don't have much time, but still want a delicious side. Serve with your favorite meat dish.
1 1/2 lb. red potatoes, about 4 medium
1 T. vegetable oil
1 - 1 1/2 T. barbecue seasoning/spice (McCormick Grill Mates)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a foil lined 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Scrub potatoes; cut into 3/4 inch pieces; toss with oil in large bowl; add barbecue seasoning; toss until evenly coated.
Spread potatoes in single layer on prepared baking pan.
Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned, stirring halfway through cooking time.
