Description
This is a hot, tasty spinach and artichoke dip that everyone will love. It's filled with great ingredients like spinach, artichoke hearts, water chestnuts, cream cheese and garlic.
Ingredients
- 9 oz. bag baby spinach leaves or 10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. real mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack, Cheddar or Swiss cheese, divided
- 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients except 1/2 c. cheese. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole; top with remaining 1/2 c. cheese.
- Bake 35 minutes or until dip is hot.
