Chocolate Snowball Cookies
Description

Ingredients
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 t. salt
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 t. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips
powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dry ingredients:
Sift flour and salt.
Blend butter, sugar, and vanilla. Beat egg into the creamed mixture.
Blend dry ingredients, nuts and chocolate chips into mixture.
Shape into 1 inch balls; place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
Cool; roll in powdered sugar.
