If you're short on time but want a great dessert, make this great dip for cookies, fruit, graham crackers, pretzels or your choice. It tastes like sugar cookie dough with a bit of a tang from the Chobani yogurt. Use colored sprinkles to match the holiday
5 T. butter, softened
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ c. powdered sugar
¼ c. flour
½ t. vanilla extract
½ c. Chobani® Non-Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
½ c. holiday sprinkles, divided
graham crackers, cookies, strawberries, apples, pretzels or your choice, for dipping
Place butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar in a medium bowl; using a mixer, beat the mixture until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Add flour and vanilla extract; beat 1 minute. Add yogurt, ¼ cup at a time; mix on low to combine.
Stir in sprinkles, reserving 2 T. Place the remaining sprinkles on top of the dip for garnish.
Serve immediately with fruit, graham crackers, cookies, pretzels and your choice of dippers.
**This dip can be made up to a day in advance and stored covered in the refrigerator.Allow it to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
