Description

These rolls are light, fluffy bundles of deliciousness and are incredibly moist. They will become a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 c. milk
• 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into pieces, plus more for brushing
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 package active dry yeast
• 1/2 c. warm water
• 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 1/2 t. salt
• 6 c. all-purpose flour

Steps

1. Place milk in a small saucepan; bring to a simmer; remove from heat; stir in butter and sugar; let cool.
2. Dissolve yeast in warm water; let sit until foamy.
3. Combine milk mixture, eggs, yeast, salt, and 1/2 of the flour in a mixer with the dough attachment; mix until smooth. Add remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time; stir until a smooth ball forms.
