This wonderful pasta salad will feed a crowd for when company comes over or if you need a covered dish for a potluck. It will become your favorite go to recipe when you need to make something good, easy to make and quick.
16 oz. package tricolor spiral pasta
2 c. fresh broccoli florets
1 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped or sliced tomato
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
1/4 c. chopped onion
15 1/4 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
6 1/2 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved
8 oz. bottle Italian salad dressing
Cook pasta to al dente according to package directions; drain; rinse with cold water.
Place in a large bowl; add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
