Description
This wonderful pasta salad will feed a crowd for when company comes over or if you need a covered dish for a potluck. It will become your favorite go to recipe when you need to make something good, easy to make and quick.
Ingredients
- 16 oz. package tricolor spiral pasta
- 2 c. fresh broccoli florets
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped or sliced tomato
- 1/2 c. chopped cucumber
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 15 1/4 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 6 1/2 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved
- 8 oz. bottle Italian salad dressing
Steps
- Cook pasta to al dente according to package directions; drain; rinse with cold water.
- Place in a large bowl; add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- 12-14 servings
