Ingredients

• Brownies:
• One 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 pan of brownies
• Coconut Filling:
• 6 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
• 1/3 c. heavy cream or half and half
• 3 T. powdered sugar
• 1/2 t. pure vanilla extract
• 3 c. sweetened shredded coconut
• Chocolate Ganache:
• 1/3 c. heavy cream or half and half
• 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
• shredded coconut for garnish, optional
