Honey Garlic Cauliflower

Description

You're going to go crazy for these sweet and spicy cauliflower florets. They are crunchy, breaded and baked and then coated with a wonderful honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into bite-size florets
  • 2 c. panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 T. water
  • 2 t. corn starch
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • freshly squeezed juice of 1 lime
  • 1 T. Sriracha
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour and cauliflower; toss until fully coated. In a second bowl, add panko breadcrumbs. In a third bowl, whisk eggs, then whisk in 2 T. water.
  3. Dip flour coated cauliflower in beaten eggs, then in the panko until fully coated. Transfer to prepared baking sheet; season generously with salt and pepper. Bake until golden and crispy, 20 - 25 minutes.
