Description

What a simple way to make a wonderful cake- in the slow cooker! It's so delicious with chocolate, peanut butter, fudge sauce and peanut butter cups. Yum!!

Ingredients

• 1 box chocolate cake mix
• 1 c. water
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
• 1/3 c. butter, softened
• Peanut Butter Glaze:
• 1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
• 1/4 c. milk
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• Toppings:
• 1/4 c. fudge sauce, your favorite
• 26 mini peanut butter cups, unwrapped and cut in half

Steps

1. Spray a 6 quart oval slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Using an electric mixer, beat cake mix, water, eggs, peanut butter and butter on low speed for 30 seconds and then on medium speed for 2 minutes.
3. Pour batter into the slow cooker; cover; cook on High for 1 hour 45 minutes - 2 hours. (If your crock pot runs hot, check after 1 1/2 hours.)
