Description
This simple to make dip is warm and appetizing. Serve it on toasted baguette slices.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes
- 4 oz. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
- 1/2 c. Caesar dressing, your favorite
- freshly squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 t. chopped thyme leaves
- Little Gem Lettuce (or romaine hearts), for serving
- baguette, sliced and toasted
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix first 8 ingredients, in a large bowl until evenly combined. Transfer to prepared baking dish. Bake until the cheese is bubbly and starting to turn golden, about 20 minutes.
- While dip is baking, slice and toast the baguette.
