No time to bake? Make this delicious, easy lemon pie that requires no baking. Fill a graham cracker crust with a wonderful pudding with some lemon zest added, then top with Cool Whip. That's pretty much it!
Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust shortbread crust
- 3.4 oz. box instant lemon pudding mix
- 3.4 oz. box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 1/2 c. low-fat or full-fat milk
- fresh zest of 1/2 lemon
- whipped cream, marshmallow whipped cream or Cool Whip, for topping
Steps
- If making a homemade pie crust, make it according to your recipe instructions; chill until ready to fill. If using a store bought crust, chill until ready to use.
- Whisk both boxes of pudding mixes with milk until smooth. Let sit 3-5 minutes until it's soft set; stir in lemon zest.
- Pour pudding mix into the chilled pie crust; cover; chill at least 3 hours or until set.
