Description

This dessert will soon become your family's favorite. It's a light, moist, airy cheesecake with a graham cracker crust that is topped with a cream cheese mixture, blueberry pie filling and Cool Whip.

Ingredients

• 12 double graham crackers (or about 1 ⅔ c.graham cracker crumbs)
• ¼ c. melted butter
• ½ c. sugar
• (2) 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened at room temperature
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 t. vanilla
• 1 can blueberry pie filling
• 1 container Cool Whip

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Crush double graham crackers in a food processor or a zip lock bag, crushed with a rolling pin; add melted butter and sugar.
3. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
