After serving this pasta salad just once, you will be requested to make it over and over again. It's simple and quick to prepare and is loaded with flavor.
16 oz. fusilli pasta
3 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 lb. provolone cheese, cubed
1/2 lb. salami, cubed
1/4 lb. sliced pepperoni and cut in halves
1 large bell pepper of your choice, cut into 1 inch pieces (seeds and membranes discarded)
10 oz. black olives, drained and sliced
4 oz. jar pimentos, drained
8 oz. Italian salad dressing
Bring a large pot of well salted water to a boil; add pasta; cook 8 - 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain; rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine pasta with tomatoes, cheese, salami, pepperoni, green pepper, olives, and pimentos. Pour in salad dressing; toss to coat.
