Description
Make this versatile fresh and bright, delicious dressing that can be served on salads or vegetables, meat or fish, or even as a possible marinade.
Ingredients
- 3 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 t. honey
- 1 medium clove garlic, finely minced
- ½ t. Kosher salt
- ⅛ t. freshly ground black pepper
- ½ c. sunflower oil, or other mild flavored oil
- 2 T. finely chopped fresh dill
Steps
- Whisk together the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt and pepper until completely blended. Add oil in a slow steady stream, whisking constantly until thick and creamy. Add dill; stir well.
- Keep refrigerated.
- 8 servings.
