Ingredients

• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
• 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 c. finely grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes
• 4 oz. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
• 1/2 c. Caesar dressing
• freshly squeezed juice from 1/2 lemon
• 1/2 t. freshly chopped thyme leaves
• Little gem lettuce or romaine hearts, for serving
• baguette, sliced and toasted

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small baking dish with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
2. Mix all ingredients, except for the lettuce and bread, in a large bowl until evenly combined. Transfer to the prepared baking dish.
3. Bake until cheese is bubbly and starting to turn golden, about 20 minutes.
