Ingredients

• 1 c. unsalted butter, softened
• 1 c. sugar
• 4 whole eggs

• 1 c. cake flour
• Mascarpone Topping:
• 8 oz. mascarpone cheese, room temperature
• 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 4 egg whites
• 2 t. pure vanilla extract

• 1 c. Barista Prima Coffeehouse Italian Roast coffee K-Cup pack, brewed
