Anytime is the perfect time to make and serve a super delicious ice cream cake. It is super simple to make and there is no need to turn on the oven.
Ingredients
- 1 package Oreo cookies
- ¼ c. butter
- 2 qt. Reese's chocolate ice cream
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- ½ c. creamy peanut butter
- 20 Reese's miniatures
Steps
- In a food processor, crush Oreos; add in ¼ c. melted butter; pulse until mixed.
- Press Oreos into the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray or lined with parchment paper.
- Melt ½ c. peanut butter in an icing bag for 20 seconds; cut off the tip; drizzle half of it over Oreo mixture; spread on 2 qt. of softened Reese's ice cream; freeze for 30-45 minutes until firm.
