Do you have a special occasion coming up and you need a special dessert? Make these decadent truffles for your guests. They are easy and only require 6 ingredients to prepare.

Ingredients

• 1 lb. milk chocolate, finely chopped
• 1/2 c. heavy cream
• 1-2 packets Starbucks Via
• 1/8 t. sea salt
• 1 T. Bourbon Vanilla
• 3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder

Steps

1. Melt chocolate, cream, Starbucks coffee powder and salt in a double boiler over low heat. After it's melted, whisk in vanilla until smooth and glossy. If necessary, put it back on the double boiler for a small amount of time.
2. Put the bowl into the refrigerator for several hours, or until fully chilled and firm.
3. Scoop out and form into 1 inch balls; roll in cocoa powder.
