Ingredients
- 2 fresh jalapeño peppers, divided
- 24 Premium Saltine Crackers
- 5 oz. can white tuna in water, drained, flaked
- 1/4 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
- 6 grape tomatoes, each cut into 4 slices
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Chop enough of the peppers to measure 2 tsp.; set aside. Cut remaining peppers into 24 slices.
- Place crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet.
