Take that wedge salad up a notch with a delicious bacon ranch or bacon caesar dressing, tomatoes, sliced avocado, radishes and crumbled blue cheese.
1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into 6 wedges
1 c. grape tomatoes, halved
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
6 radishes, sliced thin (optional)
8 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
Stonewall Kitchen Bacon Ranch or Bacon Caesar Dressing
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
Place salad wedges on serving plates. Top each wedge evenly with tomatoes, diced avocado, bacon and radishes.
Drizzle Bacon Ranch Dressing over each wedge; sprinkle blue cheese on top.
Serve immediately.
