Serve your guests these fun loaded cheese ball bites on a stick. They are easy to make and delicious to eat!
Ingredients
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. paprika
- kosher salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped
- 1/3 c. finely chopped fresh chives
- 1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
- 18 pretzels sticks
Steps
- Mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder and paprika; season with salt and pepper. Form into 18 small balls. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
- In a shallow bowl, stir together chopped bacon, chives and pecans.
- Roll balls in bacon/chive/pecan mixture; carefully insert a pretzel stick in each ball; place on a platter.
