Ingredients

• 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 yellow onion, diced
• 1/4 t. garlic powder
• 10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and drained well, all water squeezed out
• 1 puff pastry sheet
• 1 beaten egg, for egg wash

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, mix together Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, diced onion and garlic powder until fully combined.
3. Fold in spinach until evenly distributed.
