Description

Use those hot chocolate packets that are sitting in your pantry to make a decadent chocolate cheesecake. The hardest part in making this dessert is waiting for it to freeze!

Ingredients

• Crust:
• 24 Oreo cookies
• 6 T.. melted butter
• 1/4 c. sugar
• Cheesecake:
• 2 blocks cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 c. powdered sugar
• 1/4 c. chocolate sauce
• 2-3 hot cocoa packs
• pinch of salt
• 2 c. heavy cream
• 1 c. mini marshmallows

Steps

1. Crust:
2. In a food processor, pulse cookies until fine crumbs; transfer crumbs to a bowl; add butter and sugar; stir until combined. The texture should be similar to wet sand.
3. Grease/butter a 9 inch pie plate; press in the crust mixture.
