Description
These impressive appetizers will make your guests happy. They could also be served as a snack or a light meal.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/3 c. prepared pesto sauce
- 1/4 c. roasted sweet red peppers, drained and chopped
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. warmed pizza sauce, for dipping
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Unroll crescent dough into 2 long rectangles; use fingers to seal seams and perforations. Spread each with pesto; sprinkle with red peppers and grated cheese.
- Roll each up jelly-roll style, starting on a short side. With a very sharp knife, cut each roll into 10 slices.
