Use your own dough or use store bought to enjoy pizza made at home.
28 oz. Italian plum tomatoes, hand-crushed
2 T. olive oil
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 T. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 t. dried oregano
4 fresh basil leaves, left whole
Heat oil in pan over medium heat, add garlic and saute for 1 minute until golden brown. Add tomatoes and salt, cook, stirring for about 1 minute. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer, cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pepper. Stir in oregano and basil. Cool before using.
