Description
This gorgeous dessert is loaded with fresh strawberries, store bought angel food cake, lemon pudding and Cool Whip. Since there is no baking involved, it is the perfect dessert to serve when entertaining.
Ingredients
- 2 boxes 3.4 oz. instant lemon pudding mix
- 2½ c. Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 16 oz. Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 2 lb. strawberries, sliced
- 2/3 c. lemon curd
- 14 oz. Angel food cake (store bought is fine)
Steps
- Whisk lemon pudding mixes and almond milk together for 2 minutes; fold in 8 oz. whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes.
- Cut angel food cake into small, bite sized pieces; set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine remaining 8 oz. whipped topping with lemon curd, folding together again until thoroughly combined; set aside.
