Description

Make a side dish that your family will ask for over and over again. It's really delicious and fairly easy to make. It would make a great addition to a fun gathering or party.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • olive or avocado oil
  • Pink Himalayan salt or your preference
  • black pepper, if desired
  • 3 T. butter
  • parsley, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Trim off the bottom of the cauliflower; remove all of the leaves and the hard stem, but don't break apart the cauliflower. Give it a quick rinse; pat dry.
  3. Drizzle oil generously on top to make it a perfectly roasted cauliflower head.
