Description
Make a side dish that your family will ask for over and over again. It's really delicious and fairly easy to make. It would make a great addition to a fun gathering or party.
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- olive or avocado oil
- Pink Himalayan salt or your preference
- black pepper, if desired
- 3 T. butter
- parsley, chopped
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Trim off the bottom of the cauliflower; remove all of the leaves and the hard stem, but don't break apart the cauliflower. Give it a quick rinse; pat dry.
- Drizzle oil generously on top to make it a perfectly roasted cauliflower head.
