Description

This pretty in pink dish is so versatile it can be served as a side dish or as a dessert. It makes the perfect dish to bring to gatherings like picnics or potlucks. It's fluffy, creamy and sweet.

Ingredients

• 1 small box strawberry Jello
• 1 c. boiling water
• 1 c. crushed ice
• 4 serving size box Instant Vanilla Pudding
• 20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
• 4 c. mini marshmallows
• 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
• 16 oz. strawberries chopped

Steps

1. Place Jello in a medium bowl; add boiling water; stir until dissolved. Add ice; stir until melted. Place into refrigerator for 10 minutes or until it begins to set.
2. Place pineapple in a separate large bowl (DO NOT drain); add vanilla pudding; mix well; add remaining ingredients; stir. Fold Jello into the Cool Whip mixture until smooth. Cover; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. Serve.
