Ingredients
- 2 large, fresh cold eggs
- ½ lb. asparagus
- 1 t. vinegar
- 1 t. olive oil
- ¼ t. salt
- ½ t. pepper
- ½ t. garlic powder
- ½ t. chopped basil
- freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon, divided
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place asparagus on a baking sheet; drizzle with olive oil; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and basil.
- Bring a medium pot of water to boil.
