Even people who aren't crazy about cauliflower or vegetables will love these yummy cauliflower bites. They're roasted until they are golden brown in the oven with an Italian breadcrumb, garlic and Parmesan cheese breading. Serve with a dipping sauce like
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 c. Italian or plain breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. black pepper
- 1 medium cauliflower head
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- Wash cauliflower; drain and dry; cut cauliflower into florets, all about the same size, cutting large florets into halves, if needed.
- Place butter in a small bowl, microwave until melted; add garlic; stir.
