Ingredients
- Crust:
- 3 c. miniature pretzel twists
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. light brown sugar
- Filling:
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- 1/4 t. kosher salt
- Berry Topping:
- 2 1/2 c. chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
Steps
- Crust:
- Finely crush the pretzels in a zip lock back with a rolling pin, in a food processor or a blender. Place the crumbs in a medium-size mixing bowl; add melted butter and brown sugar; stir to combine; evenly press the crust mixture into the bottom of an 8 x 8 pan.
