Description

Make your own favorite restaurant's famous salad dressing at home in a matter of minutes. Serve it on a green salad topped with croutons.

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. full fat mayonnaise
• 1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
• 2 1/2 t. dried basil, not over 1 year old or it will be stale
• 1/4 t. garlic powder
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/4 c. freshly, finely grated Parmesan cheese (not packaged grated bagged store bought)
• green salad
• croutons

Steps

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; whisk until well blended; pour into an airtight container.
2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Serve over green salad with croutons.
