Use this delicious salad dressing on salads, as a meat marinade or perhaps on a Greek pizza.
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 t. garlic powder
- 2 t. oregano
- 1 t. basil
- 1 t. onion powder
- 1 t. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 t. ground sea salt
- pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in a jar; shake until combined.
- 6 servings.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 week. Take it out a few minutes before serving or microwave it for 15 seconds to soften it.
