Ingredients

• 1 1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
• 3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 t. vanilla
• 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 t. baking soda
• 1 t. salt
• 3 c. Old-Fashioned oats
• 1 c. pretzel sticks, crushed
• 1/2 c. white chocolate chips
• 1/2 c. dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 c. toffee bits
• 1/2 c. dried cranberries
• 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped (or favorite nuts)

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a mixer, combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, egg and vanilla; mix until fluffy.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to the butter mixture; mix until well combined; add oats, pretzels, white and dark chocolate chips, toffee bits, dried cranberries and walnuts; mix until well combined.
