Holidays can be very stressful, so it's nice to have some recipes that are easy to make. This one pretty much makes itself in the crockpot. It's great to serve at a party or makes a nice gift to give in a pretty, festive tin.
16 oz. unsalted peanuts
16 oz. salted peanuts
12 oz. semi – sweet chocolate chips
12 oz. milk chocolate chips
10 oz. peanut butter chips
1 lb. pkg. white almond bark or vanilla candy coating
Layer all ingredients in a large crockpot, starting with the peanuts. Turn crockpot on Low; cover; let sit for 2 hours.
Remove lid; stir to combine; cover; let sit for another 30 minutes. Stir; spoon mixture onto wax paper or non-stick aluminum foil. Allow to harden for at least 1 hour.
