Make the perfect vegetable side dish for any dinner. It's easy and quick to make and so delicious.
16 oz. package baby carrots, patted dry
2 T. olive oil
2 T. unsalted butter
2 T. chopped parsley leaves
Ranch Seasoning Mix:
1 t. dried parsley
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. onion powder
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. dried dill
1/4 t. ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly oil a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Ranch Seasoning Mix:
Combine parsley, garlic and onion powders, salt, dill and pepper in a small bowl.
Place carrots in a single layer on prepared baking sheet; add olive oil and seasoning mix; toss to combine.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until tender.
Stir in butter until melted, about 1 minute.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired.
