Garlic Parmesan Pretzels

Description

Now you can make your own delicious pretzels easily at home with just a few ingredients. Serve as an appetizer or with a meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated French bread dough
  • 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
  • 1/4 c. baking soda
  • 3 c. warm water
  • 4 T. melted butter
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • coarse salt
  • 1 T. chopped fresh parsley

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide bread dough into 6 pieces; stretch and roll each piece into a long rectangle.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and a bit of Parmesan cheeses onto the center of each rectangle. Roll dough tightly, making sure no cheese is exposed, into a tight rope. Twist and shape the rolls into a pretzel shape. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
