Description

If you need a quick and easy dish to bring to a gathering, this one is the perfect one to bring. There is no cooking at all, and can be thrown together in less than five minutes. It delicious and gives a bit of the tropics to your home.

Ingredients

• 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
• 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
• 8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
• 1 t. rum extract
• 2 c. mini marshmallows
• 1 c. shredded sweetened coconut
• ½ c. chopped nuts (any)

Steps

1. Combine pudding mix and crushed pineapple in a large bowl; stir until completely combined; fold in Cool Whip, rum extract, marshmallows, coconut and nuts.
2. Chill until ready to served.
3. 8 servings.
