Pina Colada Fluff
Description
If you need a quick and easy dish to bring to a gathering, this one is the perfect one to bring. There is no cooking at all, and can be thrown together in less than five minutes. It delicious and gives a bit of the tropics to your home.
Ingredients
3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
1 t. rum extract
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. shredded sweetened coconut
½ c. chopped nuts (any)

Combine pudding mix and crushed pineapple in a large bowl; stir until completely combined; fold in Cool Whip, rum extract, marshmallows, coconut and nuts.
Chill until ready to served.
