Enjoy your coffee in dessert form with this wonderful no bake pie. It's really simple to make. The hardest part is waiting for it to finish in the freezer!
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 c. cold brew coffee, bottled from grocery store or at a coffee shopEn
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
1 prepared Oreo cookie crust, store bought
whipped cream and dark chocolate covered espresso beans, for garnish
In a large bowl, whisk together pudding mix, coffee and milk; whisk until well combined and slightly thickened, about 1 minute. Completely fold in Cool Whip.
Pour mixture into prepared pie crust; smooth out top. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Add whipped cream and garnish with espresso bean, just before serving,
6 servings.
