Peach Simple Syrup:
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. water
3 peaches, sliced
Makes 18 oz.
Peach Spritz:
750 ml bottle cold sparkling water
1 ½ c. peach simple syrup
2 fresh peaches, sliced
½ bunch fresh mint leaves
ice
Makes 4-6 servings.
Peach Simple Syrup:
Add simple syrup ingredients in a small pot; stir to combine. Bring to a boil over medium heat, about 10 minutes. Once all sugar has dissolved, remove from heat; allow to cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
Strain simple syrup through a fine sieve.
Store in the refrigerator.
Peach Spritz:
Fill a large pitcher with ice. Add the peach simple syrup and cold sparkling water;
stir to combine.
Serve, garnished with fresh peach slices and mint leaves.
