Ingredients

• Peach Simple Syrup:
• 1 c. granulated sugar
• 1 c. water
• 3 peaches, sliced
• Makes 18 oz.
• Peach Spritz:
• 750 ml bottle cold sparkling water
• 1 ½ c. peach simple syrup
• 2 fresh peaches, sliced
• ½ bunch fresh mint leaves
• ice
• Makes 4-6 servings.

Steps

1. Peach Simple Syrup:
2. Add simple syrup ingredients in a small pot; stir to combine. Bring to a boil over medium heat, about 10 minutes. Once all sugar has dissolved, remove from heat; allow to cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
3. Strain simple syrup through a fine sieve.
