Ingredients

1 package frozen hash browns, shredded, diced, or with bell peppers, your favorite
1 can cream of celery, mushroom, potato or chicken soup
1 soup can of milk
½ onion, chopped
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
8 oz. sour cream

Spray inside of the crock pot casserole dish with non-stick spray.

Break up frozen hashbrowns while still in the bag.

In a large bowl, combine onion, 1 c. cheese, milk, soup and sour cream; stir to combine. Mix in the hashbrowns; stir to coat. Pour into the crock pot casserole dish; top with remaining cheese.

Cover; cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Serve as a side with your favorite dinner.
