Ingredients

• 12 oz. jarred marinated artichoke hearts
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 6 saltine crackers, finely crushed
• 8 oz. mild or sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
• dash Tabasco sauce
• salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan.
2. Drain artichokes, reserving 2 T. marinade.
3. Chop artichoke hearts; set aside. Saute chopped onion in reserved marinade until soft; drain; set aside.
