Description

Make Lava Cake at home in your microwave and Pampered Chef's Deep Covered Baker. You'll need a boxed cake mix, the ingredients listed to make the cake, butter and chocolate icing. It may not be as pretty as the restaurant's, but it sure is good!

Ingredients

• Devil's Food cake mix
• all ingredients listed on box to make the cake mix
• chocolate icing
• butter to grease the Deep Covered Baker
• powdered sugar, whipped topping or ice cream, for serving

Steps

1. Grease the inside of the Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker with butter.
2. Follow cake box instructions to make the cake batter. Pour the batter into the prepared baker. Scoop spoonfuls of icing on top. DO NOT cover the baker!
3. Microwave for 10-15 minutes.
